Gencorelli Engineering effectively designed a helical pile foundation, layout and connection for the wooden modular bunkhouse building. A helical pile foundation solution was essential for supporting the building above grade and providing no spoils on the site.  As a national preserved park, no excavation was permitted on the site. Helical piles were the perfect solution for the deep foundation and to elevate the building without any spoils. The building needed to be elevated above grade to provide room for MEP.
