Project Case:

STELCOR: JKF Airport Terminal 4 – New York City

Gencorelli Engineering successfully designed STELCOR deep foundation piles for the expansion of Terminal 4 at JFK Airport. A joint project between Delta Airlines and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, STELCOR's deep foundation solution was essential for supporting the weight of the expanded terminal under the existing overhead infrastructure while maintaining ongoing airport operations.

Coordination was key for designing this project as the specifications were tight and required rigorous reviews. Furthermore, the design was checked with a strict load testing program proving the piles were designed to meet all the project requirements.

Pile Detail: STELCOR Drilled-In Displacement Pile w/ 16” Grout Column and 7” Diameter Steel Core
